Informations for overseas Chapter Presidents and Study Group Leaders
Dear overseas Chapter Presidents and Study Group Leaders
Thank you very much for your support.
The International Section of Ikenobo Society of Floral Art will pay attention to the situation of pandemic, making plans for sending professors if possible and hold the following 3 plans for 2022. In this email, we are first informing the plans. Please kindly forward the news to your members.
1. Videos for Regular Members and Special Members
Same with 2021, Ikenobo Society of Floral Art will make videos only for 2022 Special Members and Regular Members. The details will be announced to overseas Chapter Presidents and Study Group Leaders via email and put on “Special Member Page” and “Regular Member Page” (will open from April 2022).
2. Live online workshops by Professors, Associate Professors or Instructors
We are planning to hold the live online workshops for 2022 Special Members and Regular Members belong to Ikenobo overseas Chapters or Study Groups. Depending on different countries and areas, we will consider the time difference / languages and decide the details and application method. The details will be announced to overseas Chapter Presidents and Study Group Leaders via email and put on “Special Member Page” and “Regular Member Page”. (Only the online application will be accepted.)
3. Internet Competition for Regular Members and Special Members
We are planning to hold the internet competition for 2022 Special Members and Regular Members (holding diploma #4 or above) belong to Ikenobo overseas Chapters or Study Groups. The competition will be held in two parts. One for Special Members and another one for Regular Members. The application will be accepted from April to June 2022. Special Members or Regular Members can send their arrangement photo to an email address especially open for the competition (world_cup@ikenobo.jp) to participate. The outcome of the competition will be announced on Facebook in July 2022. And award-winning arrangements will be posted on Facebook, too. The details will be announced to overseas Chapter Presidents and Study Group Leaders via email and put on “Special Member Page” and “Regular Member Page”.
In this December, we will send the 2022 Member registration materials to each Chapter and Study Group via email. Please refer to the materials and proceed the registration. Thank you.
